Cooking has always been my way of speaking without words. That day, I stood before an audience at Steve’s Narrative Project and let the aroma, the warmth, and the memories tell my story. Every ingredient carried a memory, every scent carried hope. I didn’t just cook, I shared a piece of my heart… and in doing so, I found courage, connection, and healing.
